You can check your wallet balance at the upper right corner of portal.
You can top up your wallet by clicking on the plus icon beside your wallet balance. Enter the amount you want to top up and choose the payment method. You can either top up using Gcash or pay via credit card.
You can add a contact by clicking Contacts from the sidebar menu. Fill out the information under Add New Contact. The newly added contact will be displayed in the contacts list.
You can send load to a contact by creating a new campaign. Click Campaign from the sidebar menu and select New Campaign. Choose the name of the contact, select the promo and then select Send Now.
You can either upload list of contacts that you want to add or add existing contacts to a group. Click Contacts from the sidebar menu and go to Groups. To upload contacts to a group, fill out information under Add New Group and upload a csv file. To add existing contacts to a group, edit a group and then search for contacts to add.
You can send load to a group the same way you send load to a contact. Instead of choosing the name of the contact, choose the name of the group, select the promo and then select Send Now.
You can schedule sending of load to a contact or group by enabling Schedule in New Campaign. Define the start and end date and then define frequency. You can schedule sending load daily, weekly, or monthly.
You can view all campaigns and their statuses by going to Campaign from the sidebar menu. You can also choose to view the campaigns based on a specific status.
You can view all your previous top up transactions by going to Transactions from the sidebar menu and choosing Top Up History. You can filter transactions by date and export the list.
You can view all your previous load transactions by going to Transactions from the sidebar menu and choosing Load Up History. You can filter transactions by date and export the list.
